No Cazahe Swimwear garment is refundable, we recommend reading our size guide carefully or contacting us before ordering to ensure you select the correct size. In the event that you mistakenly purchase the wrong size, we offer store credit which can be used through our website to purchase another item, for the same value not including shipping costs which will be paid by the buyer. By placing the order and payment on CAZAHE.COM the buyer is ensuring that he/she is over 18 years old or has the permission of his/her parents or legal guardian to execute the purchase.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents or war, Cazahe Swimwear will not assume any costs.

All merchandise is legally in the possession of Cazahe Swimwear until full payment for the merchandise is executed, including shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges will be recognized and acknowledged prior to confirmation of payment.

No debit or credit card details will be stored in the database, this information is encrypted and inaccessible to both Cazahe Swimwear and any other party.

Please consider the fact that as the buyer, you are responsible for all taxes, import or customs fees that may arise in the destination country. Payment of these taxes and fees must be executed in order to clear your products from customs upon arrival. Cazahe Swimwear is not responsible for any such duties or taxes. Cazahe Swimwear is not responsible in the event that your goods are confiscated by customs upon arrival in the destination country.

We advise you to familiarize yourself with the import regulations and laws of the selected destination country. Your merchandise may be subject to import and customs taxes and laws, as well as regulations and other local taxes and laws for the importation of foreign goods and services.

All orders are shipped via FEDEX or shipping companies where the package can be easily and securely tracked.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days. The count starts the day after the order is placed. These times may vary if the package is held by local authorities or customs.
