Free shipping on orders over $150 usd or €150 eur. 

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

All orders are shipped via FEDEX or shipping companies where the package can be easily and securely tracked.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days. The count starts the day after the order is placed. These times may vary if the package is held by local authorities or customs.

Cazahe Swimwear is not responsible for import duties or customs charges, please note that payment of these may be necessary to release your product from customs on arrival depending on your country's regulations and local taxes. 

Returns: 

If for any reason the buyer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be exchanged for another reference or size; in that case the return shipping cost will be assumed by the buyer. 

The buyer is entitled to an exchange within 15 business days of delivery of their product, only if the following conditions are met:

The swimsuit must be in impeccable condition and unused.

The swimsuit must be returned in its original packaging and with its respective tags.

No merchandise purchased with a discount or promotional coupon may be returned or exchanged.

Cazahe Swimwear is not responsible for shipping charges or customs duties/taxes with respect to the return or exchange of any merchandise.

If the buyer notices any defect or flaw in the product received, she/he should communicate the problem to contact@cazahe.com as soon as possible and attach a brief description of the defect or flaw with the merchandise to be returned. In this case, Cazahe Swimwear assumes all shipping costs.

Once the merchandise is in our possession, it will be inspected and if we deem that the merchandise is indeed defective, Cazahe Swimwear will refund you, or if you prefer, grant you store credit to purchase another item. 

We recommend that returns be made with shipping companies where the package can be easily and safely tracked.
